Hospital Update

Appreciating the pure pleasure of breathing without a ventilator! Camille is still in the Peds ICU battling a tough case of sepsis, but the tides have turned. After a tumultuous series of surgical procedures and life sustaining support, Camille seems to be winning the fight against a tenacious trio of bloodstream infections (sepsis). Surgery is about a week away, pending Camille's progress against the remaining infection - Candidemia. ‪#‎GratefulHeart‬ ‪#‎UCLAhospital‬
