One of Camille’s new found heroes, Edie Lutnick, came to Los Angeles to speak about her experiences during the aftermath of 9/11 and the charity organization she created to honor the memories of the victims: The Cantor Relief Fund. Edie came to share about her book, An Unbroken Bond, which chronicles the remarkable story of her work at the CFRF in the wake of losing her youngest brother Gary, who reported to work on 9/11 at 7:30am.
Like Camille, Edie and her brother, Cantor Chairman and CEO Howard Lutnick, share the view that one can reframe possibilities. One can find hope in the face of challenge. And that looking forward towards new goals and dreams can have transformative healing power.
