Pneumonia

Fortunately for Steve, Camille has become quite the Eagles fan. Most recently, she helped cheer the team onto their playoff win and she looks forward to the SuperBowl next Sunday.

As an update -- on Tuesday, January 25th, we took Camille to the UCLA emergency room due to signs of respiratory distress. She has aspiration pneumonia (again). She's doing MUCH better, though she is still relying on continuous Oxygen supplements and medication to assist with breathing.

Camille aspirates because of her neurological issues and severe reflux, which we attempted to remedy with surgery last April. In order to resolve the issue long-term, the doctors anticipate that surgery, once again, will be a next step after Camille recovers from pneumonia. Thanks for your concern about Camille.
